🔁 Return Policy
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

Perfumes and candles must be sealed and unused.
🧾 How to return

Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive return instructions within 1 business day.

Once approved, send the item back to our atelier using the instructions provided.
Shipping costs for returns:

France & EU: Return shipping is complimentary.

Outside EU: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging will be sent back.

In-store returns are not available at this time — please return online orders by mail only.
Each return is a closing of a loop.
